Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Angela and my practice is called Mindful Healing. I have been a nurse for thirty four years and Practitioner for the last 6. I graduated with honors from Southern Adventist University with my Masters in Psychiatric care. I started my career helping first responders deal with PTSD. I treat depression and anxiety, along with ADHD and much more. I have extensive experience in addictions of all types. I care about my patients, and you will not be just a number if you choose to have me as your provider.

My approach to therapy

I provide comprehensive psychiatric medication management, specializing in evidence-based treatment for adults with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. As a board-certified PMHNP, I work collaboratively with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans that optimize their mental health and overall wellbeing. My practice is telehealth, please interact with me from a private location if possible. On occasion I will allow a spouce to attend but that is a case by case basis out of neccesitie
