Great to meet you!

“With a listening ear and a helpful therapeutic relationship and coach, the client can establish and reach their goals. It is very rewarding to see others move from a life of chaos in which they feel helpless and watch as they slowly transition from their chaos controlling them, to them controlling their chaos and loving life."

My approach to therapy

My approach includes being an empathetic listener, who is diverse and creatively thinks outside of the box to work collaboratively with each patient. I use an integrative approach to provide a variety of interventions to meet the patient’s needs. My goal is to enlist the patient as an expert and to collaborate with them to gain an understanding of their own symptoms. I often engage supportive others, parents, and providers in the treatment process.

What you can expect from me

Personal growth, enhanced understanding of own mental health, enhanced insight into generational family issues, as well as analysis of complex traumas.
