Great to meet you!

I am Angela Tayson a US veteran. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and hold a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. I am a mother of 6 with a blended family, and know how challenging life can be.

My approach to therapy

I believe that change is a constant and certain. I am here to meet you where you are, and help you get to where you want to be. I have helped many people achieve constructive changes that have lead to emotional healing. With years of experience in mental health, I'll help you build skills to grow and maintain your personal recovery.

What you can expect from me

Over the years I have served many different populations. I have experience working with autism, PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, bi-polar, and borderline personality disorder. Two of the populations I am most passionate about are Veterans and special needs families. I have been fortunate to serve the autism community as well as veterans and I will continue to be a voice when others can't.
