Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. I earned my undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University and completed my master's in education at the University of Mississippi. I later received my counselor’s degree from Amberton University.

My passion for mental health is deeply rooted in my love for people, culture, and growth. I enjoy traveling, mediating, and immersing myself in diverse cultural experiences. In my free time, I'm learning to garden and exploring the world of DIY projects—both of which have become meaningful ways to stay grounded and creative.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing begins with feeling truly heard. As a genuine and compassionate therapist, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment. My approach centers on listening deeply and walking beside you as you grow, heal, and move toward the life you want.

Whether you're navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, or simply trying to understand yourself better, I'm here to support your journey. Together, we'll explore what matters most to you and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.

I’m honored to support each client’s path and help create lasting, positive transformation in their lives.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and empowering environment where your truth is honored and your growth is the focus. We’ll work together to set meaningful, personalized goals—whether you’re navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, or adjusting to life’s many transitions.

I take a holistic and strengths-based approach, helping you explore practical solutions while nurturing emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Our work will be rooted in authenticity, positivity, and progress—always at your pace.

Expect to be challenged, supported, and celebrated. Most importantly, expect to rediscover your power and become the best version of you.
