Great to meet you!

Angela Turse is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has dedicated her career to supporting the emotional and mental well-being of children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University in 2004, followed by a Master of Science in Education from Bucknell University in 2007, where she also became a certified school counselor.

Angela served as a school counselor for secondary students at Hazleton Area High School from 2009 to 2025, providing compassionate support and guidance to countless teens during some of their most formative years. In 2025, Angela began a new chapter—reinventing herself and expanding her healing mission beyond the school walls.

My approach to therapy

I offer services to children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is holistic and grounded in evidence-based care, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Walk-and-Talk Therapy, Neurofeedback, and Telehealth sessions to meet the diverse needs of clients. I am always Rogerian mixed with many other theorists. I would consider myself an eclectic, integrative and holistic therapist.

What you can expect from me

During the first session we learn about your needs and discuss a treatment plan which fits you best. Over 10 years ago I was introduced to Neurofeedback. I was fascinated by all the effective ways including feedback to help individuals live healthier happier lives. I wanted to offer the services I was passionate about.
