Great to meet you!

Growing up in South Central Los Angeles inspired my commitment to serving my community. My work with children, families, and adults facing mental health challenges deepened my passion and led me to earn my MSW. Helping people recognize their worth and move toward meaningful change continues to motivate me.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust and respect for your story. I tailor our work to your needs, goals, and pace, offering honest reflection and directness when helpful. Together, we’ll recognize patterns, build on your strengths, and identify practical steps toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and discuss what you hope to gain. We’ll talk about your concerns, answer your questions, and begin identifying goals together. It’s okay to feel nervous or unsure—you don’t need the perfect words, and we’ll move at your pace.
