Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Counselor-Supervisor from Texas. I am licensed to practice and provide supervision in Texas, Louisiana, and Virginia. I've been in practice for 11 years and supervising clinicians for seven years. I also have three years of experience as a school counselor. Throughout my experience, I have found that life's journey can sometimes be overwhelming. My specialty is helping those see the light through their journey toward healing.

My approach to therapy

I am eclectic. Many may shy away from this word, but I find that when working with clients, I like hearing their stories and therapy goals. Then, with their input, I choose the best approach for therapy. We may use narrative, CBT, REBT, EMDR, KAP, Art therapy, or a combination of these, to name a few. But ultimately, we will use the approach that will best help you reach your goals.

What you can expect from me

At the end of our sessions, I aim for you to have at least one coping skill or strategy that you can practice in your daily life.
