Great to meet you!

Hey! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I moved to Bethel, Alaska, in 2016 as a travel nurse, fell in love with the state, and have called Alaska home ever since. Through secure telehealth, I provide medication management and therapy to fellow Alaskans, meeting you wherever you are.

As a veteran, military spouse, and mother of boys, I understand that life can be demanding, unpredictable, and sometimes overwhelming. Those experiences have shaped the way I care for others—with compassion, authenticity, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported.

My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can be yourself. Whether you’re facing a new challenge or have been struggling for a while, I’m here to partner with you in building a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, insomnia, perinatal mental health concerns, and other psychiatric conditions.

Living in Alaska has deepened my appreciation for resilience and the healing found in nature. I believe wellness extends beyond managing symptoms—it’s about reconnecting with yourself, strengthening relationships, building confidence, and creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. Mental health care works best when it is personalized, collaborative, and evidence-based. I take time to get to know you and understand the full picture. Together, we create a plan that may include medication management, therapy, education, and practical strategies tailored to your life and values.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, your health history, and what you’re goals are. I’ll also take time to understand your life, relationships, and anything that may be affecting your mental health.

By the end of our visit, together we’ll outline a plan that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about next steps.
