Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Angela Williams. I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with 10+ years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have specialized training in working with couples and families using a solution-focused change approach. Additionally, I have expertise working with anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, life stressors, grief and loss, and other relevant concerns/issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy allows for an open space where you can share your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental space, allowing you to be heard and understood. Additionally, I attempt to give practical and helpful feedback that will help address your immediate needs. I value the opportunity to help you address concerns, unresolved issues, and immediate problems so that you can leave each session with an instilled and renewed hope that change is possible.

What you can expect from our first session

After each session, I hope you have learned a technique that will help you better manage your symptoms and or gained insight into a presenting issue. Ultimately, if neither takes place, I hope the opportunity to share was cathartic enough to bring about some form of positive change.
