Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor currently practicing in New York and New Jersey. I have been working for the past 12 years assisting individuals, couples, and families who have a wide range of challenges, including schizophrenia, bipolar, anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, marriage and divorce issues, parenting, grief, addiction, career, LGBTQ+, as well as others.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental space for individuals to be able to share their thoughts and feelings about what brought them to therapy and work on whatever specific goals they may have.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we can dive right into what brought you here, or you can share background information, whatever you feel is most helpful for you with what you are currently dealing with in your life. We will work together on whatever issues you are currently dealing with so that at the end of each session, you feel the time was well spent and have a plan for the next steps.
