Great to meet you!

Hi!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with more than 20 years of nursing experience. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the profound impact that mental health has on every aspect of a person's well-being. That experience inspired me to dedicate my practice to mental health, where the need for compassionate, high-quality care continues to grow.

I believe that prioritizing your mental health is one of the most important investments you can make in yourself. I applaud you for taking the initiative to seek support. Reaching out for help is a meaningful first step, and I am honored to be part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I will work collaboratively with you to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and any other mental health conditions to help achieve lasting wellness and a better quality of life.

What you can expect from me
