Great to meet you!

I have a passion for working with people. Living in multiple countries has given me a larger picture of the different facets of mankind. I love working with adults who are hurting, grieving, or struggling with different stages of life. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Strength-Based approaches in my therapy practice. Everyone has their own story, and I look forward to walking beside you as you strengthen your inner self and write the story you want for your life.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused therapy. I will often suggest books that I find will be helpful for you to read between sessions.

What you can expect from me

I hope that through your sessions, you will feel heard and validated. That you will find your inner strength and that you feel supported.
