At the same time, I'll be your biggest cheerleader and your gentle accountability partner, encouraging you to take the steps that lead to real, lasting change.

I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, panic disorders, trauma, anger management, stress, relationship issues, and women's issues, and I have extensive experience supporting those managing chronic conditions. Whatever you're carrying, we'll work together to find a clear path forward.

Using Strength-Based therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology, I focus on what's working in your life and build from there. Through a combination of medication management and individual therapy, we'll create a personalized plan that fits your needs, your goals, and your lifestyle.
