Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Kentucky with over 7 years of experience helping people navigate life when it feels messy, overwhelming, or just plain stuck. I earned my Master’s in Social Work and have spent my career walking alongside individuals as they find hope, healing, and a way forward through some of life’s toughest seasons.

I work with adults facing stress, anxiety, grief and loss, sleep struggles, and challenges with motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also have a strong background in supporting people in early recovery from substance use helping them build coping skills, stay grounded, and create real, sustainable change (not just quick fixes).

Outside of session, I practice what I preach: I focus on my own growth, stay active, and try to keep life in perspective which means I get the ups and downs that come with being human. I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I genuinely respect the courage it takes to show up. If you’re ready to do the work, I’m here to walk with you, challenge you when needed, and cheer you on as you build the life you deserve.

My approach to therapy

I bring a compassionate, practical, and empowering approach to therapy. I believe healing happens in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard. Together, we will explore your story, clarify your goals, and develop strategies that work for you whether that means managing anxiety, processing loss, or finding motivation to move forward.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to meet you where you are and support you as you work toward the life you want. You can expect honest conversations, practical tools, and a safe space to get real about what’s working and what’s not. We’ll explore the patterns that keep showing up in your life, build strategies to manage stress, improve sleep, and boost confidence, and focus on helping you feel more like yourself again. I believe therapy should be both supportive and a little challenging you’ll get encouragement, but I’ll also nudge you when you’re stuck so we can create real change.
