Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky. I have over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, stress, grief and loss, self-esteem, motivation, sleep concerns, life transitions, and recovery from substance use.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe being your authentic self, heard without judgment, and supported in making meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I meet you where you are while helping you better understand yourself, identify what may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to navigate life with greater confidence.

Whether you’re a teen trying to find your voice, an adult feeling overwhelmed or stuck, or someone simply ready for a fresh perspective, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. We’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable while creating space for both growth and honesty. better equipped to navigate life with intention.

My goal is for you to feel supported, empowered, and more confident in your ability to handle whatever comes next. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. You can show up exactly as you are, and we’ll start from there.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know you and understanding what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you want to change, and what you need from therapy.

I want you to feel comfortable being honest and showing up as yourself. I’m not here to judge you or tell you how you “should” feel. I’ll ask questions, listen, offer perspective, and work with you to identify goals that actually make sense for your life.

You don’t have to walk in with everything figured out. We’ll start where you are and take it from there.
