Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing trauma-informed, integrative psychiatric care for adolescents and adults. I work with individuals where much of my clinical focus is supporting navigating trauma histories, anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions.

Many of my patients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burned out, emotionally reactive, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift.

My role is to help you understand what’s happening in your nervous system, your thought patterns, and your emotional responses — and then build a practical, personalized plan that restores stability and resilience.

If you’re looking for thoughtful, integrative, evidence-based psychiatric care that also honors the complexity of your lived experience, I would be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy

My work blends evidence-based psychiatric treatment with a whole-person perspective. Mental health is never just one thing. It is influenced by trauma history, stress load, sleep, relationships, physical health, and nervous system regulation.

I provide:

  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
  • Thoughtful, collaborative medication management
  • Trauma-informed care
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Schema-informed approaches
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Nervous system regulation strategies

When appropriate, medication can be a helpful tool. I also integrate lifestyle and nervous system support alongside psychiatric treatment to help improve long-term outcomes, and support the whole person.

What you can expect from me

You can expect appointments that are thorough, integrative, collaborative, and respectful. I don’t rush the process. I ask thoughtful questions, explain options clearly, and involve you in every treatment decision.

Our work together may focus on:

  • Reducing anxiety, panic, or intrusive thoughts
  • Improving mood stability
  • Processing trauma safely
  • Strengthening emotional regulation
  • Rebuilding confidence and boundaries
  • Restoring sleep and daily functioning

I aim to create a space where you feel safe being honest — without judgment, pressure, or dismissal.
