I will provide a safe and nonjudgmental space - a necessity for effective progression. We will work together to develop effective skills to help in growing your confidence, establishing/maintaining boundaries, coping skills and support your healing journey. Navigating the high’s and low of life can be challenging. It requires an empowering and encouraging space to be heard and validated in. If you desire to make improvements but may not have ALL of the tools, I’m here and eager to assist.

I know the importance and like many others, appreciate the space to be heard, validated, supported and encouraged. I specialize in working with you to reflect on current thinking patterns and assist in the development of new patterns that will contribute to your personal improvements and help you rebuild peace of mind.
