Angeles Ibarra

Raised in the Texas panhadle I obtained my Masters from West Texas A&M University. When I am not in the office, I am either running or reading. I truly believe we are never done discovering who we are, and I like to practice what I preach. Through running, and reading I am able to connect to myself as a whole. MIND, BODY, SPIRIT. It is my hope that you feel seen, in all the ways that make you, YOU.

To say that I have one specific approach to therapy would be to say that we all process things the same way. I will tailor my approach to meet you where you are. Some call it person centered, I call it YOU centered.

I offer a shame-free space for you to share and grow. A place where you can process emotions, and challenge yourself to create the change and life you want to live.
