Great to meet you!

Feeling "stuck" is one of the most frustrating human experiences, but it’s often the starting point for meaningful change. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, managing the weight of anxiety and depression, or feeling like you’ve lost your way, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

As a licensed clinical psychologist with over 17 years of experience, my career began in private practice in 2008, followed by years of dedicated service to active-duty military members and veterans. This background has given me a deep, specialized understanding of resilience, complex trauma, and the unique pressures faced by high-performing individuals.

My approach combines this clinical depth with structured, frontline psychological frameworks. Moving beyond passive conversation, I provide practical, evidence-based tools tailored for:

• Sleep Restoration: Rebuilding your baseline using CBT-I (the gold-standard protocol for insomnia).

• Trauma Recovery: Reclaiming your momentum using targeted processing protocols like PE and CPT.

• Cognitive Management: Establishing concrete mechanics to navigate ADHD, anxiety, and depression alongside major life changes.

Together, we will evaluate what isn't working and build the structural resilience you need for your next chapter.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is practical, structured, and goal-oriented. I combine the analytical clarity of cognitive-behavioral techniques with a genuine, collaborative partnership to help you actively manage anxiety, depression, and ADHD while building a life aligned with your core values.

Rather than relying on open-ended talk therapy, our sessions utilize frontline, evidence-based clinical protocols tailored to your unique challenges. This includes leveraging Behavioral Sleep Medicine (CBT-I) to target the root causes of insomnia, and advanced trauma-informed frameworks (PE and CPT) to safely process difficult past experiences. Together, we establish concrete daily mechanics and practical strategies to dismantle systemic roadblocks, restore your physiological baseline, and navigate your next chapter with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will conduct a focused clinical intake interview to gather your history and clarify the specific biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors impacting your current situation. We will look closely at past and present patterns to evaluate exactly where you feel stuck, what is draining your psychological resources, and what your concrete goals for change look like.

My aim is for you to leave this initial meeting with immediate relief from ambiguity, a clear understanding of our clinical direction, and the structural outline of a personalized, evidence-based plan for moving forward into your next chapter.
