Great to meet you!

Are you lying awake at night, running on anxiety, or worn down by a chronic illness? I am Dr. Angelia Corley, a licensed clinical psychologist who helps adults find their way back to rest, calm, and steadier days. I know how draining it is when sleep loss or worry take over, and how exhausting it is to fight your own body. My goal is to teach you practical skills that genuinely help, and to support lasting change so you can feel more rested, resilient, and focused on what matters most to you.

My approach to therapy

I use therapies backed by research, like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, to help you understand yourself more fully and shift patterns that once helped you cope but are not serving you anymore. My style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I want you to feel validated and heard in our work together.

What you can expect from me

You can schedule a free, 15-minute consultation call with me today at www.restwelltherapy.com to get a sense of whether I’d be a good fit for you. If you're ready to move forward with an intake appointment, please see my availability to the right of this page.

If you decide to work with me, in our first session, I’ll be asking a lot of questions to understand who you are and what’s most important to you. We’ll focus on your central concerns, but I’ll also want a broader sense of your life — don’t worry, we won’t cover your whole life story in one session! From there, we’ll work together to create a plan for therapy that makes sense for your goals and fits into your life.
