Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed mental health counselor committed to supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth. Here's what you can expect from me and my practice:

With more than five years of experience and specialized training in counseling, I provide evidence-based counseling.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. As well as, flexible appointment times to accommodate your schedule.-both in-person and virtual.

My approach to therapy

At my counseling practice, I take a personalized and holistic approach to therapy, focusing on your unique needs and goals.

I believe in building a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust, respect, and empathy. We'll work together as partners in your healing process, with your needs and preferences guiding our work.

Drawing from a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), I tailor our sessions to best suit your individual needs/circumstances.

What you can expect from me

As your licensed mental health counselor, my goal is to provide you with a supportive and transformative therapeutic experience.

Through our discussions and exploration, you'll gain deeper insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This increased self-awareness will help you better understand yourself and the underlying factors contributing to your challenges.

Together, we'll develop practical coping skills and effective strategies to manage stress, and navigate difficult emotions.
