Great to meet you!

If you're navigating anxiety that won't quiet down, grief that hasn't had space to breathe, a life transition that feels bigger than you expected, or a pattern of putting everyone else first — you've found the right place. I'm Angelia, and I've spent over 20 years helping adults and teens find their footing again. As an Air Force veteran, I understand firsthand the weight that military life can carry. You bring the story; I'll bring the steady support and practical tools.

My approach to therapy

We build from your strengths, not just your struggles. My approach draws on CBT, solution-focused therapy, and client-centered techniques — but the goal is always the same: you leave each session with something real. We'll focus on the concrete steps that move you forward, not just what's hard. Honest, grounded, and always in your corner.

What you can expect from me

I'll ask what's bringing you in, your story, and what a better season of life would look like for you. We'll set one or two starting goals together so you know exactly what we're working toward. There's no script and no pressure — just a space to exhale and be yourself. Showing up is the hardest part, and you've already done that.
