Hi, my name is Angelia and I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Maryland. I received my master’s degree in Social Work from the University at Buffalo in 2020. Since 2018, I have worked in a variety of settings including schools, hospitals, dialysis clinics, and mental health/substance use clinics. I have worked with a wide range of populations and love helping young adults work through transition periods in their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I operate from a multitude of therapeutic approaches, mostly including Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I am always pushing myself to learn new modalities to help my clients.
