I graduated with my doctorate in Counseling Psychology and counseling has been my passion for many years. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, grief, and adjustment to life transitions. Also, I have almost 20 years experience working with individuals who have a Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, and/or chronic health conditions. I have also worked with many caregivers and helped them with adjustment of their loved ones' medical issues, as well as individuals who are in the sandwich generation (i.e., taking care of children and their parents). Please note, the name of my company is Mindful Growth Therapy, and when I send information, it may have this information on it.

My approach is focused on a strong therapeutic relationship to help uncover the causes of distress and help you toward healing. I provide compassionate support to help uncover the causes of distress and help you toward healing.
