Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Angelica, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over five years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and feelings of isolation, shame, guilt, or abandonment. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and exploring what’s important to you. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful changes in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, individualized, and focused on meeting you where you are. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy based on your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical skills to help you manage challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re experiencing, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin developing a personalized plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
