My approach to therapy

Angelica strives to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Her approach is collaborative and interactive, helping individuals gain insight, build meaningful coping skills, heal from past experiences, and feel empowered to create positive and lasting change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we will begin getting to know one another. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together.
