Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, supported, and understood. I enjoy helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I am especially passionate about supporting women and caregivers who often spend so much time caring for others that they forget to care for themselves. My goal is to help clients build confidence, find balance, and create meaningful change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy works best when clients feel comfortable being themselves, so I strive to create a safe and supportive environment. Together, we'll explore challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools for everyday use. I customize therapy to meet each person's individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding your reasons for seeking therapy. We will discuss your concerns, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve. There is no pressure to have everything figured out; I will meet you where you are. My aim is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work we can do together.
