Great to meet you!

I am a licensed bilingual clinical therapist currently accepting new clients. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, anger management concerns, communication difficulties, and major life transitions.

I also have experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, providing a safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive space for healing and personal growth. My goal is to help clients feel heard, supported, and empowered as they navigate challenges and work toward meaningful change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in creating a safe space where you can show up as your authentic self. I strive to foster a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences openly while working toward meaningful personal growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know one another and creating a safe, supportive, and comfortable space. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are currently facing, your goals for treatment, and any background information that feels relevant to your experiences.

I’ll guide us through the intake process at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive, with the goal of understanding your unique needs and beginning to build a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and open communication.
