Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. As a Latina and fluent Spanish speaker, I value creating an inclusive and culturally responsive space where clients feel seen and understood. My specialties include working with trauma, depression, and anxiety and I enjoy supporting clients through life transitions, identity concerns, and relationship challenges. I work with clients as young as 8 years old through older adulthood, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each stage of life.

My approach to therapy

I take a supportive and collaborative approach to psychotherapy where I provide a save, nonjudgmental space where you can explore life's challenges and work toward meaningful change. My approach is warm, practical, and goal-oriented- I believe in helping you build both insight and real-life strategies that fit your needs. Clients often tell me they appreciate my balance of empathy, honesty, and encouragement. Above all, I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and empowered throughout our work together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you and understand what brought you to therapy. We'll talk about your goals, your current challenges, and any questions or concerns you may have about the process. I'll also share more about my approach and how we can work together. You can expect a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you set the pace. By the end of our first session, we'll start building a plan together that feels realistic and supportive for you.
