I specialize in working with people from all walks of life, focusing on those facing situations that affect them physically, emotionally, mentally, and find navigating today's world challenging: Grief / loss, chronic stress, adjusting to transitions, health challenges, developmental trauma. My heart is also dedicated to those who have experienced collective trauma, work stress, caregiver stress, neurodevelopmental challenges (e.g.ASD, ADHD, SLD), by providing a safe space for healing and growth.
