Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with specialized training in perinatal mental health, trauma, and reproductive grief and loss. I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life transitions, with a strong focus on pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and pregnancy loss. My expertise lies in mood disorders like depression, anxiety, and PMADs, as well as reproductive grief (infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss).

My approach to therapy

As a maternal mental health therapist, I focus in patient-centered, trauma-informed, evidence-based care with cultural humility and a holistic approach. I create safe spaces for clients to share, tailor treatment plans using modalities like CBT, DBT, Mindfullness, Grief Therapy, and ACT for effective symptom management and recovery. I prioritize understanding diverse backgrounds and integrating cultural sensitivity into therapy. Additionally, I address mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, collaborating with clients on nutrition, exercise, social support, and self-care practices. My commitment to these principles empowers individuals on their healing journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where their experiences are validated and their strengths are honored. I strive to meet each person where they are, offering a collaborative and compassionate environment where healing and growth can take place at your pace.

Together, we’ll work on building insight, developing practical coping strategies, and creating space for the full range of your emotions — whether it’s grief, anxiety, guilt, or hope. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected — to yourself, your values, and your vision for the future.

In our work, you can expect to gain skills in emotional regulation, boundary setting, self-compassion, and navigating complex relationships or life transitions. Whether you're processing loss, adjusting to parenthood, or working through reproductive challenges, I aim to help you feel more centered, understood, and capable of navigating what comes next.
