A bit about my approach to therapy

I will provide support to those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, work stress, and more. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Culturally Sensitive, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Multicultural, Person-Centered, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Strength-Based, and EMDR.
