Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Psychologist who believes in change through empowerment. I am highly intuitive and person-centered and can provide tailored support to individuals, couples, and families. I have significant experience treating complex developmental trauma and the symptoms of shame, depression, and anxiety that often go along with traumatic experiences.

My approach to therapy

I start by getting to know you, the whole person who is sitting with me in therapy. Next, I help you identify your strengths that have helped you to come as far as you have given the challenges you have faced. Finally, I help you develop new skills and strategies to help you become the person you want to be.

What you can expect from me

My clients leave therapy with renewed understanding, hope, and skills to tackle the challenges they are facing. They also leave with a sense of being known, understood, and accepted.
