I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10+ years of experience in the mental health field servicing children, adolescents and adults. I am currently a PhD student at Capella University and have obtained my BA in Psychology from Chowan University and MA in Mental Health Counseling from Hampton University. Some of my experience includes traveling abroad, trauma, self-esteem, anxiety/depression, early intervention, relationship dynamics, and parenting.
