Great to meet you!

I earned my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida in 2023. I’ve had the opportunity to work with teens, adults, and older adults across inpatient, PHP/IOP, outpatient, and crisis-care settings. My experience includes individual and group therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and supporting individuals through acute mental health concerns.

I am certified in Adult Mental Health First Aid with additional training in religious and spiritual counseling competence. I support clients experiencing depression, anxiety, mood changes, stress, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions involving school, careers, relationships, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, grounded in evidence-based practices. I bring warmth, honesty, and authenticity to the therapy room, emphasizing seeing you as a whole person—not solely through the lens of a diagnosis or the challenges that brought you to therapy.

Together, we’ll create space for where you are while working toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Sometimes, you just need a safe space and a shoulder to lean on. Maybe you’re navigating a major life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, questioning what comes next, or simply trying to become a healthier and more confident version of yourself. You may not have all the answers right now—and that’s okay. Sometimes, having genuine support, encouragement, and a space to process what you’re carrying can make all the difference.

I strive to create a warm, genuine, and supportive space where you can show up authentically. I believe therapy is not only a place to work through challenges, but also an opportunity to grow, gain clarity, and better understand yourself. My goal is for you to leave our work feeling empowered, encouraged, and inspired for what comes next.
