Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel less like performing and more like finally being able to exhale. My approach is warm, collaborative, insight-oriented, and rooted in genuine human connection. I specialize in psychoanalytic and narrative therapy, helping clients explore the deeper patterns, relationships, experiences, and stories that shape how they move through the world. Together, we work to uncover the “why” beneath recurring emotions, behaviors, relationship dynamics, and internal conflicts while also rewriting narratives that no longer serve you.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, identity exploration, life transitions, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and the emotional weight of always feeling like they have to hold everything together. Many of my clients are highly self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and used to being the strong one for everyone else, yet still find themselves feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or emotionally exhausted.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a space that blends depth, honesty, curiosity, humor, and compassion. I invite you to show up fully, without having to code switch, shrink yourself, or over explain. With a foundation of solid training in counseling and mental health, I bring both professionalism and humanity, so we can focus on understanding you more clearly and moving toward a life that feels aligned and sustainable.
