Hi, I’m Angelina, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) in New Jersey. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and create meaningful change.

My clinical experience includes working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, substance use, stress, self-esteem, and personal growth. I specialize in helping individuals who feel stuck at a crossroads whether that’s in their career, relationships, recovery journey, or other major life changes.

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I integrate evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and strengths-based interventions to help clients develop practical tools while fostering lasting emotional wellness.

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know one another. I’ll take time to understand your concerns, personal history, current challenges, strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. There is no pressure to share everything at once. Our first session is simply the start of building a therapeutic relationship where you can feel comfortable, supported, and understood.
