Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker and dedicated compassionate counselor committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change. I believe that every person deserves a safe, supportive space where they can explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences without judgement.

My practice focuses on helping clients work through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and emotional wellness. I work collaboratively with each client to identify their strengths, develop effective coping strategies and achieve their personal goals.

Using evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual's needs, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity and respect. My goal is to empower clients to gain insight, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Whether you are facing a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate and client centered. I believe each person is the expert on their own life, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools for change. I tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs, strengths, and goals drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. I Strive to help clients build resilience, improved emotional well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change while feeling heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
