Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Angelina, a licensed marriage and family therapist and art therapy clinician in California and Hawaii. Life can feel heavy, confusing, or just plain exhausting, and you don’t have to sort through it alone. My goal is to offer a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you grow.

My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and centered on what you need. I use EMDR and mindfulness to help you work through painful experiences and calm your nervous system. I also use creative, expressive tools when words feel hard to find. Together, we’ll build practical coping skills that fit your real life.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when you feel safe, seen, and understood, so I start by building a warm, trusting relationship at a pace that feels right for you. My trauma-informed approach combines EMDR and mindfulness to help you process painful experiences and calm your nervous system. When words aren’t enough, I also weave in creative, expressive tools to help you explore feelings in new ways. Together, we’ll focus on practical coping skills and strengthening your support network so progress carries into your everyday life. Whether we’re working one-on-one, as a couple, or in a group, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and the people who matter to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a relaxed conversation about what brought you in and what you hope will change. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. From there, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
