Hi! I am so happy you are here! I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can work on your goals! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Medaille College.

My approach to therapy

I find it very important to be supportive and solution focused. I have been in the field for five years treating individuals struggling with a variety of issues including: addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma/ abuse and more.
