Thank you for taking this brave step forward. My name is Angeline Fraley, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have a Masters degree in Counseling with a focus in Clinical Mental Health. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. My specialties include helping clients to build insight, conflict-resolution skills, communication skills, and coping skills to improve relationships, self-esteem, and overall quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of interventions that are holistic and tailored to the unique needs of the client. These interventions include but are not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, attachment therapy, and play therapy.
