Great to meet you!

With more than 26 years of nursing experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe mental health care should never feel rushed. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can openly discuss your concerns, ask questions, and work together on a treatment plan that fits your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking help for the first time or looking for a provider who truly listens, I’m committed to building a relationship based on trust, respect, and compassion.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach to psychiatric care. Every person has a different story, so I take the time to understand your experiences, symptoms, goals, and lifestyle before making treatment recommendations. I believe medication is just one part of the picture and work with you to develop a personalized plan that supports your overall well-being. My priority is helping you feel informed, empowered, and confident throughout your care.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your current concerns, mental health history, medical background, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, and together we’ll create a plan that feels realistic and tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
