Great to meet you!
I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people—their stories, their struggles, and the ways they find strength even in the most difficult seasons of life. Over the years, both personally and professionally, I’ve come to deeply appreciate how complex and layered our experiences can be. Life doesn’t follow a straight path, and neither does healing.
My work is grounded in supporting individuals through challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, and grief and loss. I also have a strong passion for working with women navigating life transitions, including infertility, infidelity, shifts in identity, and intimacy-related concerns. These experiences can feel isolating, and I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and not alone.
I have experience working with a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples, adolescents, children, and groups. Whether I’m helping a couple rebuild trust, supporting a parent and child in strengthening their relationship, or guiding an individual through a period of loss or change, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
My professional background includes training in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with a relational and systems perspective that considers the broader context of your life—your relationships, family dynamics, and personal history. I aim to balance practical tools with deeper emotional exploration, helping clients not only cope but also grow and find meaning in their experiences.
I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, where I received specialized training in working with diverse populations and complex relational systems. My clinical experience has allowed me to support clients across various stages of life and across a wide range of emotional and relational challenges.
