Great to meet you!

Sometimes life's hurdles can feel like too much to carry alone for all of us. I want you to know you don't have to do it alone and it’s okay to reach out for support. I offer a gentle, inclusive space where you can safely exhale and begin to rediscover the resilient, true self that’s been there all along. In my 25 years of experience in the mental health field and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my heart has remained guided by the belief that because your journey is unique, your care should be, too. I weave together specialized, heart-led paths like IFS (Internal Family Services), EMDR, Brainspotting, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Health (TF CBT), Somatic healing, and many more modalities to support all communities including, adolescents, LGBTQIA+, Native American, grief, complex trauma, rural, and various other peoples as we move through the heavy layers of life. Because I believe healing should be accessible to everyone, I accept various insurance plans to help make our work together possible. I’d love to invite you to a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if my approach feels like the right fit for your heart and to begin your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is deeply rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as a compassionate guide. I blend evidence-based techniques with alternative practices that honor your mind, body, and spirit. I focus on creating a non-judgmental, inclusive space where we can collaboratively uncover the strengths you already possess. Together, we will build a personalized path toward healing that respects your cultural identity and unique life story.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling excited to start your journey to be more anchored in your true self and equipped with the clarity to navigate life's complexities. Through our work together, you will gain a deeper understanding of your personal resilience and develop practical, personalized tools to manage trauma, grief, or daily stress. You can expect to walk away with a renewed sense of balance and the confidence that you are no longer navigating your journey alone. Ultimately, we are building a foundation of healing that honors your unique identity and empowers you to move forward with peace and purpose.
