Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with individuals navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, and identity development. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in honoring your lived experiences.

I work with adults of all backgrounds, with a particular focus on supporting immigrants, refugees, and those from diverse cultural communities. I draw from somatic practices, strengths-based therapy, narrative work, and faith-integrated care when aligned with your values.

Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or burdened by past experiences. In our work together, we’ll create a space that feels steady and supportive; one where healing can happen at your own pace and in alignment with your values.

If you’re looking for a therapist who can hold space for both your pain and your growth, I’d be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, intuitive, and deeply rooted in culture, faith, and embodied healing.

I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a grounding presence to the space we create together. You are the expert of your own story; I’m here to help you make sense of it, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and hold space for the parts that may feel heavy or unseen.

I specialize in trauma, grief, and life transitions, especially as they show up in the lives of immigrants, refugees, and folks navigating multiple identities. I integrate somatic practices, narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to help you heal not just mentally, but emotionally and spiritually as well.

This is not one-size-fits-all therapy. We’ll co-create what works best for you, honoring your voice, values, and cultural roots. Whether you’re holding long-term pain or just feeling stuck, we’ll walk the healing path together, gently, and with intention.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a space that feels steady, warm, and deeply respectful of your story.

My goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll slow things down, explore what’s weighing on your heart, and begin untangling what no longer serves you. Whether you're working through trauma, grief, identity shifts, or stress, I’ll support you in reconnecting with your inner resilience and wisdom.

Clients often leave sessions with more clarity, tools for regulation and grounding, and a growing sense of self-trust. You’ll also gain language for your experiences, practices to support you between sessions, and a reminder that healing is possible; at your own pace and in your own way.

This is your space to be human. I’m here to walk with you, not rush you.
