Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Angie — a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida with over six years of clinical experience and nearly a decade in social services. I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, including veterans, adults navigating relationship challenges, and individuals healing from trauma, substance use, or family dysfunction. Clients often describe me as grounded, real, and easy to talk to. My goal is simple: to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, open-minded, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Growing up in Camden, New Jersey — one of the most economically challenged cities in the country — gave me deep empathy and understanding for the struggles people face. I meet clients where they are and tailor our work together to fit their needs, helping them build healthier relationships, navigate life transitions, and find peace within themselves.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect an honest, comfortable conversation about what’s been going on and what you’d like to change. We’ll set goals together and start identifying practical steps toward healing and self-discovery. My approach is both compassionate and straightforward — I’ll challenge you when needed but always with care and respect. Above all, I want you to know that you matter, and that therapy can be a space where you truly feel seen and understood.
