Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming — and reaching out for support takes real courage. I'm so glad you're here. My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, genuine curiosity, and a deep respect for the unique story each person brings through my door. I believe that healing happens when you feel truly heard, and I am committed to creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals navigating some of life's most challenging experiences, including bipolar disorder, anger management, relationship difficulties, and the emotional weight of living with chronic conditions. I understand that these struggles don't exist in a vacuum — they touch every corner of your life, from your relationships to your sense of self. Together, we'll work to build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

My style is collaborative and compassionate. I meet my clients where they are, honoring both their strengths and their pain. Whether you're working through the highs and lows of bipolar disorder, trying to understand patterns in your relationships, managing a chronic illness, or learning new ways to channel intense emotions, I'll walk alongside you with patience and care.

I feel privileged to do this work and take my clients' trust seriously. You deserve support that feels human — and I'm here for it.
