Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Angelo Colucci, an LMHC practicing in Massachusetts. I graduated from Salem State University with a Master’s in School Counseling and have spent the past decade working in the mental health field, supporting individuals and families while coordinating care within complex systems. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges with a warm, direct, and practical approach. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and practical approach to therapy, focusing on helping you understand what you’re experiencing and build skills you can use in your daily life. My style is warm, steady, and supportive, creating space for honest reflection and real progress. I work with you to identify what’s getting in the way and help you move toward feeling more grounded, confident, and in control.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your history, your current concerns, and your goals, and we may complete a few assessments to help guide our work. This time is also about building rapport and making sure you feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we begin working together.
