Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with advanced training in mental health counseling and am currently completing my PhD in Organizational Leadership. I bring both clinical and executive-level experience in behavioral health, which allows me to understand the emotional impact of stress, burnout, and life transitions that many women face. I specialize in working with adult women experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, ADHD, identity concerns, and relational challenges, including motherhood and career-related stress. My work through LeadHer Well Women’s Behavioral Health is grounded in compassionate, evidence-based care, with a focus on helping women feel supported, understood, and empowered to care for their mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach includes a comprehensive assessment, a tailored treatment plan and individual therapy to address your specific needs and goals. The CBT approach focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. Through CBT, you will learn practical strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges commonly associated with medical conditions.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where they are invited to share what brings them to therapy at their own pace. We will discuss current concerns, relevant history, and goals for therapy, while also identifying areas where immediate support may be helpful. I focus on building trust and understanding from the beginning, ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and emotionally safe. Together, we will begin clarifying next steps and shaping a treatment approach that aligns with each client’s needs, values, and personal goals.
