Field Trip Health and Wellness (www.fieldtriphealth.com)

We are reimagining mental health healing with intentionally designed, technologically-empowered assisted psychotherapy across North America.

We support individuals who are looking to heal from tough-to-beat mental illnesses like PTSD and depression, as well as those simply looking to grow and expand empathy, increase creativity and feel a deeper connection to themselves and others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Field Trip Health and Wellness applies an integrative psychotherapy approach tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, within a holistic perspective that may integrate mind, body, spirit, environment, and community.

Our approach is trauma-informed and delivered through a lens of harm-reduction, compassionate care, and a non-judgmental approach.

What you can expect from our first session

All aspects of sensory awareness

Clients are also encouraged to download the Trip app to access the rich set of meditation, wellness, and music resources.
